Ingredients

In a shallow dish, combine the all-purpose flour with a pinch of salt and pepper.
In another shallow dish, beat the eggs until well mixed.
In a third shallow dish, combine the bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Dip each chicken tender into the flour mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated. Shake off any excess.
Next, dip the floured chicken tender into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
Roll the chicken tender in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to adhere.
Place the breaded chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rest for 10 minutes to set.
While the chicken tenders are resting, heat about 1 inch of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot (around 350°F or 180°C), carefully add the breaded chicken tenders, making sure not to overcrowd the pan.
Fry the chicken tenders for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and the chicken is cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
Remove the chicken tenders from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
Serve the crispy chicken tenders hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
